Our solution
SAR observations are used to measure surface winds (10 metres) along the coast.
- Estimation of the upper extrapolation profiles of the surface wind resource, statistically derived from atmospheric models
- Implementation of these methodologies based on the estimation of the surface wind resource from the SAR
