MSI & Lwandle join the CLS Group & become CLS Oceania and CLS Southern Africa

CLS is proud to announce that the companies Lwandle and MSI, based in South Africa and Australia (Tasmania) have joined the CLS Group.

These two companies specialized in the field of marine instrumentation, oceanography, coastal engineering, in support of the offshore sectors and science, have been acquired by CLS in order to complete CLS’ global network and to reinforce CLS’ activities in the field of Energies, Environmental monitoring, Maritime Security and Sustainable Fisheries.

Thanks to these acquisitions, CLS reinforces its position in Africa and welcomes 25 new collaborators dedicated to local users and customers.

At the same time, Lwandle and MSI, by integrating a company of 800 people spread over 30 sites around the world, have now joined a solid and dynamic international group.
